Tameka (Tam) is a Memphis native with a dynamic background in education and instructional coaching—bringing a thoughtful, results-driven approach to every session. With experience as a former cheer and dance coach and nutrition specialist, she understands the body from both a performance and wellness perspective.
Comprehensively trained across all Pilates apparatus, Tam delivers intentional, full-body movement designed to strengthen, restore, and transform. Her approach goes beyond exercise—focusing on deep mind-body connection, improved flexibility, and powerful core strength that supports everyday life.

Away from the Pilates mat, Tam is a creative muse in the art studio reflecting the same balance, precision, and artistry she brings to her teaching. She is also a proud mother of her daughter who continues to motivate her everyday.
