In 2023, I decided to retire from my admin. position at a school district and joined the CP Teacher Training to learn more and get motivated in working in the Health/Fitness industry.\n\nI am truly blessed to have this opportunity to work alongside a team of encouraging people who enjoy teaching Pilates. As far as my assigned classes, I really enjoy teaching individuals with all types of abilities and see them grow as they continue to come to class.
