Beth is a former professional dancer who was first introduced to Pilates by a guest choreographer in college. As a certified in Massage Therapist, she has worked alongside chiropractors helping patients recover from injuries. After the birth of her third child, she rediscovered her love for Pilates and the reformer, finding that the exercises helped her get back to her previous, stronger self. With encouragement from an instructor, Beth enrolled in the Club Pilates Teacher Training program and has been instructing since 2018. She enjoys working with students just beginning their Pilates practice and seeing them reach and exceed their goals.
