* What led you to become a Pilates instructor?
After suffering a shoulder injury, I turned to Pilates for rehabilitation and quickly discovered its incredible benefits. The practice not only healed my injury but also ignited a passion within me to learn more. Being certified in New York, the birthplace of Pilates, adds a special connection to the roots of this transformative practice. I fell in love with Pilates and felt compelled to share its power with others, helping them find strength and balance in their own lives.
* How do you hope your teaching will help others?
I hope to empower my students through the principles of Pilates—concentration, control, centering, precision, breath, and flow. By focusing on these core elements, I aim to help others build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance their mind-body connection. My goal is to guide my students toward a deeper understanding of their bodies, enabling them to move with greater ease and confidence in their daily lives. Through consistent practice, I believe Pilates can bring about lasting physical and mental well-being, and I’m passionate about helping others experience these benefits.
*What is your favorite Joseph Pilates quote?
