Instructor
1. What led you to become a Pilates instructor? My journey into Pilates began with a deep curiosity about the body’s ability to heal and transform through movement. Coming from a background in skincare and massage therapy, I recognized how interconnected fascia health is with both movement and skin vitality. As I explored Pilates, I saw firsthand how it enhances mobility, posture, and overall well-being—aligning perfectly with my holistic approach to health. This passion ultimately led me to become a comprehensive certified instructor, where I could blend science, movement, and wellness in a meaningful way. 2. How do you hope your teaching will help others? I aim to help my clients feel strong, mobile, and more in tune with their bodies—whether on the mat, reformer, chair, springboard or in daily life. By emphasizing fascia-focused movement, I guide people toward greater flexibility, fluidity, and resilience. My goal is for every client to leave class feeling both empowered and refreshed, carrying those benefits into their overall wellness. Through my business, Skin Fit Rox, I take this even further by integrating movement with skincare, supporting a whole-body approach to vitality. 3. What are your favorite pastimes outside of Pilates? When I’m not teaching, I love exploring ways to optimize skin and fascia health—whether through advanced skincare techniques, breathwork, or hands-on therapy. Running my business, Skin Fit Rox, allows me to combine my two passions: movement and skincare. Beyond that, I enjoy spending time outdoors, appreciating nature, reading books, traveling, exploring other cultures, and constantly learning about the latest in wellness and longevity.
