Lead Instructor
Kendra embarked on her teaching journey with training in Pilates at Club Pilates and Body Harmonics. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher and Meditation Instructor. Her passion for teaching has ranged from leading large groups at outdoor fitness events to more cherished private sessions. Kendra loves the warmth she has found in the Pilates community and hopes to pass that on to all her clients. She believes everyone needs to embrace the essence of balance, precision, and rest in their Pilates practice.
