I have always had a passion for well being and fitness. Growing up my mother taught me the importance of eating right and staying active. I was involved in dance, soccer, and did Roller Derby for 6 years. I first encountered Pilates in 2006 after returning home from completing an AA in Fashion Merchandise at Brooks College in Long Beach. After just 3 sessions I had fallen in love! I immediately noticed positive changes in my posture, flexibility, and muscle tone. Nothing had challenged and changed my body the way Pilates did. It wasn’t until 2010 that I decided to pursue Pilates as a career. I completed my Pilates Certification through the Instructor Training Program at Pilates Sports Center in Encino, CA. In 2015, I decided to continue my education in the Classical Method of Pilates. It was through that certification I was able to define my teaching style and refine my understanding of diving deeper into the work. I love sharing Pilates with my clients. The biggest reward is hearing how it has changed their lives. Not only in the studio but in their everyday living. It's all about that ''Ah-ha'' moment when it all clicks and they themselves fall in love with Pilates.
