I’ve been teaching group fitness for more than 16 years, but I’ve been part of the fitness scene since 1993. When I was young, I took dance and gymnastics — even briefly competing on the balance beam and in floor routines — so movement has always been my happy place. Pilates shifted from something I enjoyed to something I deeply believed in after seeing the incredible changes in my own body, especially before and after my hip replacement surgery. Experiencing that transformation firsthand fuels my passion for helping others feel stronger, more confident, and more at home in their bodies through Pilates. I’m certified as an ACE Personal Trainer and an AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, with specialty training in strength, barre, TRX, and more. I love staying active, getting creative with my workouts, and keeping classes upbeat and enjoyable. I’m always excited to learn, grow, and bring fresh energy to every session. I believe fitness is empowering at every age — it keeps us strong, healthy, vibrant, and able to show up fully for ourselves and the people we care about. My goal is to make every class a place where you feel challenged, supported, and inspired to keep moving.
