With over five years of involvement in the fitness community, she’s deeply passionate about taking care of the body—whether through physical activity or mindful nutrition. Through her own fitness journey, she developed a strong appreciation for Pilates and the many ways it supports overall well-being. Now, she’s excited to share that passion with others.
