Sami has been a fitness instructor for the past 10 years, teaching a variety of yoga styles as well as Pure Barre. She gravitates toward workouts that challenge her and enjoys cross-training across different fitness modalities, including Pilates. Pilates has become a favorite of hers for the way it deepens the mind-muscle connection and offers a new kind of challenge. She also appreciates that there’s always something to work toward, no matter where you are in your practice. Outside of teaching, she balances a full-time job and enjoys traveling, spending time at the lake during the summer, golfing, reading, and making time for family.
