Molly is a native of Colorado who received her Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management / Youth Leadership with an emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation from Brigham Young University. She continued her education, earning a personal training certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She recently graduated from the Club Pilates teacher training and is working on completing her 500-hour certification. Pilates has personally helped her gain strength, mobility and find pain relief after spinal surgery. She understands the therapeutic and strengthening benefits of Pilates and wants to help others find what Pilates can do for them! She loves being active outdoors with her family camping, hiking, and kayaking. If she ever gets any spare time to herself she loves experimenting in the kitchen, quilting, and crafting.
