Since taking my first Pilates class over a decade ago, it has become my mission to teach and spread my love of Pilates. As an exercise enthusiast and fitness fanatic, I immediately saw and felt the benefits of Pilates in my body. In 2008 I began my teacher training with Balanced Body University and received my comprehensive teacher certification in 2010. Since then, I have had the pleasure to teach in several studios in Frenchtown and Doylestown and am very excited to now be teaching for Club Pilates. Through my teaching experiences I have had the privilege and honor to work with some of the industry's best instructors and Master Trainers who have provided me with enormous inspiration and wisdom. It is my joy to share that wisdom of movement with you. My passion is to help clients find their inner athlete by providing a fun and challenging workout that moves you in ways that are fun and functional. My goal is to show you how amazing you are!
