I have been teaching Pilates since 2004 and am a comprehensively trained instructor.
My fitness goal and passion is to promote a results based culture with a focus on body realignment. Additionally, to help facilitate a persons body awareness through biomechanics in their work space and their at home environment. Essentially, through the Pilates fitness format, promote a "new normal" of carrying oneself with confidence and grace in their activities of daily living.
In the over 3 decades that I have been employed in the health and fitness industry throughout the Southwest United States I have witnessed much evolution in our industry. I believe Pilates holds true through the test of time; I believe this investment (in yourself) WILL change your life.
Certifications: Peak Pilates comprehensive trainer, NASM Certified Personal Trainer - emphasis on corrective exercise for pain free living. NASM Fitness Nutritionist, American Counsel on Exercise small and large group fitness instruction, TRX, Barre Above (Pilates specific cert.)
I enjoy working with at risk teens, the elderly, going to movies, industry continuing education and agility training my dog Jax.
