Jiwon has always loved staying active—she spent over 15 years organizing group events like cross-country runs, golf outings, and ski trips around New York. But all that movement started to take a toll on her body. That’s when she discovered Pilates—and it completely changed her outlook on health and fitness.
Pilates helped Jiwon feel stronger, more balanced, and more in tune with her body. She realized it wasn’t just a workout—it was a powerful tool for lifelong wellness. Now, she’s passionate about sharing that same experience with others.
In her classes, Jiwon creates a welcoming space where both beginners and seasoned movers can feel supported. Every session is about moving smarter, building strength, and feeling great—inside and out.
