Anastasia grew up in Dallas, TX where she has always had an interest in total body workouts, traveling and building meaningful connections with new people.
She wanted to challenge herself outside her comfort zone, and decided to move to Chicago, IL, where she lived for 7 years. While in Chicago, her interest in exercise and a healthy lifestyle (mind, body, and spirit) was influenced while working for a cycling studio. Her love for the energy and uplifting community and instructors was infectious and sparked her drive for more development in training, instructing, and bringing people together in an inclusive environment.
One of her favorite quotes is “Be the type of energy that no matter where you go, you always add value to the spaces and lives around you.”
Her Pilates journey began shortly after moving back to Dallas, where she wanted to explore other exercises to strengthen her mind-body development and education. She studied through the Club Pilates Teacher-Training program and is a full advocate for how Pilates can restore, build, and strengthen every individual's bodies and minds.
When she isn’t teaching Pilates, she spends her time with family, working full-time for a large manufacturing company, writing her blog, and traveling. She is grateful for the Club Pilates community where she can continue building her craft and passion while also supporting the health and energy of others who embark on their Pilates journey.
