Meg grew up loving ballet and later adopted other dance styles as well. She went on to dance in college and grew to appreciate the importance of body and movement. Meg has experience with yoga and aerial yoga and discovered how crucial focus on meditation and mindful movements can impact your life. She has endured a lifelong battle with migraines caused by muscle tension and anxiety. She found Pilates at a time when tension was constant and after starting Pilates saw an immediate positive impact on her life. She hopes to help others appreciate the mindfulness and flexibility combined with strength and stability that Pilates provides.
