Kelley
Kelly has been a Fitness Professional for over 20 years. She graduated in 1993 with a B.S. in Exercise Science. She was born and raised near Philadelphia, PA and moved to Houston, TX in 2001. In 2006, She completed her personal training certification from A.C.E. Following this certification in 2007, she completed her group aerobics certification from N.E.T.A. Then in 2019, she completed her Club Pilates teacher certification.
She enjoys helping all age individuals with their personal fitness goals - including younger children, middle age adults and active older individuals. She has helped a wide variety of individuals with their weight loss goals, functional and muscular endurance goals, core specific goals, post-orthopedic goals, and sports-specific goals. She especially enjoys helping individuals with their functional and core specific goals.
Kelly’s primary goals as a fitness professional are to help educate, motivate, and inspire all individuals so they can live a happier, healthier, and more active lifestyle.
Kelly’s hobbies include: Running (she has completed over 14 half marathons), Cycling, lifting weights, Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates, and Reading Novels.
