Morgan
Certified Pilates Instructor
My Pilates journey started where many good things do… with my mom! Watching her move through her own practice inspired me to try it for myself, and it changed everything. For the first time, I found a form of movement I actually stuck with, one that nurtures both my body and my mind.
What I didn’t anticipate finding along the way was community. The instructors at Front Range Village welcomed me in, and I quickly realized that the impact they had on me was something I wanted to give to others. Teaching here now, surrounded by colleagues I'm lucky to call close friends and members who genuinely light up my week, is an immense privilege.
I’m studying to become a clinical mental health therapist, and my dream is to one day blend therapy and Pilates into a practice that supports people navigating trauma, mental health challenges, and physical injuries. I’m passionate about the mind-body connection, somatic therapy, and bringing compassion and mindfulness into the Pilates space.
In sessions, you can expect a personalized experience built around your body and what it needs. My classes include helping clients tune into their body awareness, sneaking in a little spicy challenge, curated music, a grounding cool down, and, maybe most importantly, laughter! Pilates should feel good, and joy in movement is always something I’m striving to cultivate.
When I'm not in the studio, you'll find me savoring a homemade latte, flipping through records and adding to my vinyl collection, getting lost in a good book, or wandering around my favorite local businesses in Old Town. I love traveling, snuggling my sweet rabbit and cat, and cherish time with my wonderful friends and family.
I'm endlessly grateful for this work and the relationships it's brought into my life. Can't wait to share this space with you!
