With over 20 years of experience in movement and education, Karen has been a passionate advocate for Pilates since 2004. Originally incorporating Pilates into her physical education classes, she noticed her students becoming stronger, more focused and connected in their movement. Pilates helped Karen personally, accelerating her recovery from multiple surgeries—wrist, shoulder, and back—and rebuilding her core strength after having three beautiful girls. Now a Club Pilates certified instructor, Karen focuses on tailor-made, mind-body sessions designed to help clients understand their bodies. Karen loves guiding clients through their Pilates journey, watching them gain confidence, strength, and progress in ways they never thought possible.
