Jennifer was a dancer for many years growing up, and was first introduced to Pilates in that environment. As an adult, she discovered the joy of reformer Pilates, and has loved it ever since!
Especially after becoming a mom, the Pilates focus on strength, breath, and mind-body connection proved to be the best self-care she could find. Jennifer is excited to encourage others focused on adding movement to their routine and mental well-being.
