Movement and working out have always been a big part of my life, and my love for staying active has never left me. About 10 years ago, I introduced Pilates into my personal practice—and I’ve been hooked ever since. What started as a workout quickly became something I truly looked forward to, a consistent part of my routine that challenged me both physically and mentally.
Two years ago, I moved to Canada, and one of the first things I did was find a Pilates studio to reconnect with my practice. When I started at Club Pilates, my passion only grew stronger. I wanted to understand Pilates on a deeper level, refine my technique, and share its benefits with others. That’s what led me to take the next step toward certification—so I could help people fall in love with Pilates just as much as I have.
