Eve Salazar
Certified Pilates Instructor
Eve Salazar’s introduction to Pilates began in the early 90’s for injury prevention to support her training as a young ballet dancer. Pilates was also the game-changer in her post-partum recovery. In 2005, Eve recovered from: internal pelvic floor tearing and trauma, a split abdominal wall, a meniscus tear in her knee, and losing 50+ pounds—recovering in 6 months’ time—without any surgery, exclusively thanks to Pilates! This profound transformation brought Eve into a career of teaching Pilates which she has been doing as a full-time teacher, since 2007. Eve is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT.) and taught Intensives and Teacher Training as an Adjunct Faculty member for Fletcher Pilates until she opened her own studio: Barrel & Spring Pilates from 2015-2020, where she privately trained competitive equestrian clients at The Paddock Riding Club in Los Angeles. Eve also holds a Nutrition Science Certificate from Stanford University, is a Level 3 Oov Practitioner, and the proud mom to a collegiate volleyball player (UCSC). Eve is currently a Club Pilates Master Trainer based out of Los Angeles and her #1 passion is nurturing new Pilates teachers as they segue into a Pilates teaching career!
