Club Pilates Instructor

I started working for a Fortune 15 company in 2000, and obtained my MBA in 2007. While I believed I was following my dream up the corporate ladder, designing and merchandising thousands of stores across the country, I always felt empty and unfulfilled. In 2019, I elected to volunteer from that company. Over the course of the year, I started Pilates to help shed my soul from the corporate life. Very quickly, I learned how much I LOVED what it did for my body, and more importantly; for my soul. That was when I decided to take the certification program. I hustled and completed it that year. Little did I know, the two worlds would combine so beautifully. I have taught in 8 different CP studios in New Jersey and 3 in Arizona . Taking classes with various instructors helped provide me with an abundance of content. Working in various zip codes and income levels, taught me to adjust to the demographics for each studio. After 6 years of teaching, I feel fulfilled after every class I teach. The idea that I could be a portion of the health journey of so many people is not lost on me. Our clients think I am helping them, but the truth is; they are helping me!
