{"bio":"Jessica grew up studying dance in the Hudson Valley, training with master ballet teacher Marya Kennett right here in Goshen, NY. She also taught at her local studio as a teenager and went on to perform in a U.S. tour of the live musical production now known as Speak Life. End Bullying.\n\nIn her early twenties, Jessica stepped away from dance as she entered the corporate world and spent many years feeling disconnected from her fitness goals. In 2024, after committing herself fully to her Pilates practice, she made the bold decision to enroll in a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program.
