Alexis got into Pilates as she loves how it makes her feel powerful and strong and energizes her while feeling calming at the same time. She has never been more active in her life and currently practices Pilates almost every day in conjunction with supplemental cardio. With the low impact workout, she has never been more active in her life as her workouts are not resulting in multiple days of recovery. Alexis got her Pilates certification through the Club Pilates Teacher Training program. Prior to that, she earned her personal training certification through NASM focused on HITT training. Also, Alexis enjoys running, volleyball, and any excuse to be outdoors.
