Meet Ahu, a dedicated and passionate Pilates instructor with a deep-rooted commitment to promoting good posture and overall well-being. With a journey that began in 2003, she discovered her love for Pilates and yoga, igniting a desire to share her knowledge and expertise with others. Pursuing her passion further, she obtained various certifications, including Pilates, 200-Hour Yoga TTC, Aerial yoga, Prenatal yoga solidifying her status as a professional instructor. Despite her diverse skill set, her penchant for challenges led her to embrace Power yoga as her favorite yoga style, infusing her classes with energy and vitality. Her enthusiasm for Pilates shines through in her teaching, with her favorite pose, Swan, serving as a testament to her dedication to strength, flexibility, and graceful movement. Ahu has been teaching professionally since 2012 and takes great pride in guiding her students on a transformative journey toward improved posture, enhanced strength, and greater overall wellness. When she’s not on her mat or in the gym, she’s spending quality time with her family, searching for the perfect coffee, or experimenting with new vegetarian& gluten-free recipes.
