My love for Pilates began while working as a Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Athletic Therapy at the University of Guelph. Guiding students through anatomy, movement principles, and rehabilitation techniques sparked my appreciation for how mindful control and alignment can build lasting strength from within. With a background in dance, I’ve always been drawn to the balance between precision and flow, something Pilates captures perfectly. I later brought these skills into my work as a Student Athletic Therapist for the University of Guelph Swim Team, where I saw firsthand how Pilates principles can enhance performance, prevent injury, and support recovery. To me, Pilates is about moving with intention and awareness. I strive to create a space where every client feels supported, confident, and proud of how their body can perform. I can’t wait to start my journey in the studio and share my passion for movement with this incredible community.
