I’ve been a lifelong athlete with a deep passion for softball and soccer—and more recently, for Pilates. Years of dedication, discipline, and drive led me to earn a Division I softball scholarship and complete a Bachelor's Degree in Sports & Fitness Management. After my competitive playing days ended, I felt called to give back by coaching the next generation of athletes. Through both experience and education, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how movement, discipline, nutrition, and mindfulness work together to support our overall physical and mental wellbeing. This holistic approach to wellness is something I strive to live by every day. When I discovered Pilates, I immediately connected with its low-impact yet empowering style. I appreciate how it builds strength, flexibility, and mental clarity—without putting strain on the body. For me, Pilates is the missing link that ties everything together: it supports athletic performance, reduces stress, and enhances overall wellness. I’m passionate about helping others experience these same benefits and guiding them toward a more balanced, resilient, and healthy life.
