Rachel is a passionate Pilates Instructor dedicated to helping clients build strength, balance and body awareness through mindful movement. Comprehensively trained and certified in classical and contemporary Pilates and equipment, Rachel brings almost 15 years of teaching experience to the studio, along with postgraduate education in kinesiology/human movement. A certified Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine, Rachel focuses upon precision, functional movement and mind-body connection to empower clients to move with confidence both in and outside of the studio. Brought to Pilates as a response to managing an injury of her own, Rachel has experienced firsthand the strength, mobility and functional improvements that Pilates offers and is excited to be able to share these benefits with others.
