Sydney has been passionate about fitness and movement for as long as she can remember. Growing up, she played lacrosse, which sparked her love for training, discipline, and teamwork. As her fitness journey evolved, she went on to compete in bodybuilding, gaining a deep appreciation for strength, body awareness, and the power of consistency.Before joining Club Pilates, Sydney worked as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, where she discovered how much she truly loves helping others build confidence in their bodies. Her path eventually led her to Reformer Pilates, where she fell in love with the method for its ability to build strength, improve mobility, and create a deeper mind-body connection.Sydney believes in meeting every client exactly where they are and guiding them toward becoming the best version of themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally. She values creating a supportive and empowering environment where clients feel seen, challenged, and encouraged. Watching clients grow stronger, more confident, and leave class feeling better than when they arrived is what fuels her passion for teaching.Her goal as an instructor is to help others move with intention, honor their bodies, and recognize their own potential. Sydney hopes to be a positive and motivating presence in her clients’ lives, inspiring them to keep showing up for themselves and enjoy the journey of movement and self-care.
