Lauren
Lauren is a certified Club Pilates-trained Junior Instructor, trained in both Reformer and Mat Pilates. With a background in public health and a career as a data scientist, she first discovered Pilates as a way to support her mental health while building strength and flexibility through low-impact movement. After never considering herself an “athletic” person, Pilates became the first form of exercise she was able to maintain consistently—and she quickly fell in love with how it made her feel stronger in both body and mind, and showed her how movement can be both healing and empowering. Inspired by this transformation, Lauren wanted to share the same healing and empowerment with others. During her training, she grew passionate about the philosophy that Pilates truly is for every body—welcoming all ages and abilities. Known for her calm presence and soothing voice, she brings a grounding energy to each class, beginning and ending with intentional breathing to help clients feel centered and restored.
