Peter D. has made a mark on the NYC fitness community over the last 2 decades by offering clients much more than a workout. Rather, they are treated to his unique approach which encompasses Exercise, Nutrition, and Lifestyle.
Using this approach Peter incorporates in-depth health and exercise evaluations, strength, cardio, flexibility, and core training in addition to nutrition and lifestyle coaching that produces optimal change for each individual client and they’re personal goals. The work is visibly noticed; results have been noticed very soon after the training begins. Peter continues to work with top world renowned coaches to improve his craft and his own personal progress. He holds certifications with NASM CPT, AFAA Group exercise, He is also a
certified Life and Health Coach with HCI. Lastly Peter placed 6th place to be featured in Muscle and Fitness magazine.
