Brian started his professional path in health and wellness in 1998. Little did he know then, how much it would change his life!
Brian is so thankful for the amazing opportunities to serve by treating patients as an Occupational Therapist, working in Post-Trauma/Post-Surgical pain management for several years. From Breast Cancer Survivors (such as his wife Alli!), to cardiac & neurological situations. Throughout his time serving in the medical field, Brian had the opportunity to work with everyday people, athletes and our nation’s military veterans
as a personal trainer. Not long after becoming a personal trainer, he was introduced to Pilates. Brian fell in love with this unique and challenging way to keep his body strong and muscles limber. So much that he became a certified instructor through the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program.
Brian says “If you want to do your body a favor, then do Pilates!”
