Born and raised in Brazil. Agatha's dedicated approach to fitness and her body changed forever when she discovered Pilates after moving to New Jersey.
Shortly after practicing she achieved balance of mind & body, core strength, and flexibility— and this newfound passion inspired Agatha to transition from client to instructor to share the lifestyle with others. Her goal as a Pilates teacher is to help her clients find their maximum potential and benefit from pilates that can be carried into their everyday lives.
When she’s not teaching Agatha enjoys traveling, working out, and spending the day at the park with her two dogs.
