Nicole is a former dancer whose lifelong passion for movement naturally led her to Pilates. After a few years of taking classes herself and falling in love with the physical and mental benefits, she decided to earn her comprehensive certification and become a Pilates instructor. With her dance background, Nicole brings a strong understanding of movement, alignment, and body awareness to every session. She’s dedicated to creating a supportive and motivating space that encourages growth, strength, and overall well-being. Nicole hopes to inspire others to discover the powerful benefits Pilates can bring to their lives!
