Emily discovered Pilates while working long hours at a desk and quickly felt the difference—in her posture, energy, and overall well-being. Inspired to share those benefits, she pursued the 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training and brings both expertise and passion into every class. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Public Health, Emily takes a whole-person approach to movement. She knows how Pilates can support wellness at every level—whether that’s improving posture, building strength, finding balance, or reducing stress. Her classes are welcoming and accessible, with clear cues and thoughtful progressions so students feel supported, whether brand new or experienced. Outside the studio, Emily is a wedding photographer, weightlifter, golfer, freediver, and spearfisher—and a self-proclaimed foodie who loves discovering new spots around O‘ahu with her fiancé
