Paulina Lawson

Paulina is a local girl raised in Kailua. She initially began her Pilates Teacher Training to prepare for Physical Therapy School and instead found her perfect match. She completed her comprehensive 450 hour Teacher Training at Cascadia Pilates in Portland, OR. Paulina is passionate about how Pilates blends preventative care, rehabilitation, and self empowerment. She loves working with Mamas and Mamas-To-Be and is currently studying for her Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification. She has recently returned home to the islands with her husband and daughter. When not in the studio, she can be found spending time with her family, SUPing at Ala Moana, or browsing the Farmer’s Market
