Cara believes that everyone can benefit from practicing Pilates and she is excited to share her love of Pilates with others. She feels that Pilates is accessible to all regardless of age or fitness level and offers the opportunity to continue to grow and improve in many areas, no matter how long you have been practicing. Cara understands the importance of core strength and stability, flexibility, and balance. Each of those components are essential for success in other areas of life including athletic pursuits, hobbies and simple daily chores and activities. Cara is a licensed physical therapist with a master's degree from the University of Kansas and a doctorate from the University of Montana and is also an experienced wellness coach. As a life-long learner, Cara has appreciated her latest challenge of becoming a certified Pilates instructor through the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program. Cara enjoys continuing to learn new ways to challenge herself and her clients with fun, creative classes utilizing all the equipment that Club Pilates offers. In her down time, Cara enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, snowshoeing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
