Rachel is energetic, friendly and empathetic. She feels strongly about connecting our body, mind and spirit. She enjoys helping others travel along their personal journey of improved posture, less tension from stress and increased strength. Rachel deeply believes that everyone deserves to feel successful and motivated!
Rachel taught strength and cardio classes the first part of her fitness career. She has also taught group exercise classes in the local area for the past 15+ years and since 2011, she has concentrated on the Pilates Method.
After bunion surgeries she truly found Pilates! She said, “doctors had fixed my bones, but my muscles remembered and preferred their old ways but once I found the Pilates method, my life was changed forever!”
She is a certified Balanced Body Instructor with Reformer, Mat, and Barre. She loves teaching the art of movement, as well as, the importance of mobility and flexibility!
She is a wife and mother of two amazing kids and resides in Stow.
