I’m comprehensively certified in Pilates and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Penn State (We Are!) with a deep understanding of body mechanics and movement. My teaching style blends classical principles with a contemporary, athletic flow, thoughtfully designed to challenge you, support you, and keep you moving with purpose. I believe movement should be fun, accessible, and never taken too seriously. My goal is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and part of a community where everyone’s journey is celebrated, no matter where you’re starting from. Expect a soundtrack full of 90s and early 2000s bops, a few bad jokes (they’re part of the workout), and a class environment where everyone is welcome, respected, and cheered on. With hopes that you leave each class feeling more powerful in your own body and standing a little taller in every sense of the word. Pilates isn’t just about how you move in the studio, it’s about how you carry those principles into the rest of your life. We’re all on our own path. I’m just here to make yours a little more fun, a little more sweaty, and a lot more empowering.
