Hi! I’m currently in school working on my basics with plans to major in Business and minor in Psychology. In my free time, I love working out, spending time with my dogs and family, and diving into hobbies like cooking, coloring, and organizing. My journey with Pilates started when my mom’s best friend offered me a private session—and it completely changed my life. Pilates quickly became more than just a workout. Its low-impact, mindful approach helps me feel my best, both physically and mentally, while deeply strengthening my mind-body connection. Living with chronic pain, Pilates has been a transformative tool. It helps reduce my daily pain flares and brings me a sense of happiness, strength, and balance that I carry with me long after each session.
