My fitness journey began while postpartum and looking for a way to feel better mentally and physically. Exercise checked both boxes! I started helping others through group fitness classes (yoga, boot camp, HIIT, spin) and eventually becoming a personal trainer. In an effort to be well rounded I also have certifications in nutrition, corrective exercise, pre-natal/postpartum exercise, CrossFit and now Pilates. In my free time you can find my family and I outside hiking or boating, always with our sweet golden doodle!
