            Erica is comprehensively certified through Club Pilates.  She holds a B.F.A. in Dance from York University and is a professional dancer with over 18 years of experience in teaching and performance.
Pilates has helped Erica balance her muscles, manage chronic back pain and ease her nervous system.  Erica brings a well-rounded, mindful approach to every class and loves Pilates for its accessibility, while still challenging the body in a low-impact, alignment-focused way. 
Her favourite class to teach is Reformer Flow 1.5 (closely followed by Cardio Sculpt) and progressing Level 2 members with confidence and strength.
