Stephanie Johnson is a Certified Personal Trainer, Comprehensive Certified Pilates Instructor, and Certified Barre Instructor who is passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and lifelong wellness. Her love for Pilates began after she overcame a knee injury through the practice, experiencing firsthand how powerful it can be for healing, strengthening, and restoring the body. That journey inspired her to help others experience those same benefits.
Stephanie believes Pilates offers a unique combination of flexibility, mobility, posture, strength, control, and endurance, making it a powerful foundation for overall health and movement. She enjoys not only guiding her clients through workouts but also educating and encouraging them as they grow in their knowledge and skill.
Known for her fun, upbeat teaching style, Stephanie creates an environment where clients feel motivated, supported, and energized. She loves to laugh, cheer them on, and celebrate milestones. Watching her clients progress and gain confidence in their bodies is one of the most rewarding parts of what she does.
Outside the studio, Stephanie enjoys Bible Study, biking, golfing, and being on the water. She also loves traveling to some of her favorite places, including Hawaii, St. Lucia, and the Bahamas. At home, she spends time with her husband and affectionate Aussie Doodle, Hannah, who keeps life playful and active.
