I love Pilates because it helps me feel strong and balanced. The focus on controlled movements and breathwork not only improves my physical strength but also brings a sense of calm and mindfulness to my daily routine.
I have been a Registered Massage Therapist for 20 years and a Pilates Instructor for 4 years. I've practiced Pilates for many years, but during the pandemic, I decided to incorporate it into my massage practice. In 2020, I completed the Club Pilates Teacher Training.
My favourite Pilates exercise, by far, is the teaser. It's such a powerful, full-body movement that requires core strength, control, and flexibility. I love how it feels both challenging and elegant, pushing me to stay focused and in tune with my body.
What I love most about teaching is being able to inspire and support others on their wellness journey. Seeing clients grow stronger, more confident, and achieve their goals brings me so much fulfillment.
