Bella discovered Pilates through her passion for movement and teaching. With a background in yoga and indoor cycling, she quickly developed a love for the mindful strength and body awareness Pilates creates. After experiencing the benefits in her own practice, she became certified through the Balanced Body Pilates Method and also holds a BCRPA Pilates Mat certification. Bella teaches both group and private sessions for clients of all ages and fitness levels. Her classes are progressive and thoughtfully layered, helping you safely build strength, stability, and confidence step by step. Grounded in classical Pilates principles, Bella emphasizes proper alignment, control, and intentional movement in every class. She also loves offering modifications so everyone - from beginners to seasoned members - can feel supported while still finding the perfect level of challenge.
