She earned her first certification from STOTT Pilates in 2016 and has since worked with a wide range of clients, helping them build strength, reduce pain, and reconnect with their bodies. Niloo’s approach to Pilates is grounded in the belief that movement is a powerful form of healing. She brings positive, encouraging energy to every class and sees each breath as an opportunity to be present — a tool to guide mindful movement. Niloo has a special love for core work, and one of her favorite exercises is the Scissor. She is confident in her ability to adapt movements to suit all levels, ensuring that every participant feels supported, included, and empowered.
