Rose is passionate about fitness and movement, and loves to help others feel stronger. She incorporates Pilates, jogging, weight training, and rock climbing into her regular routine. After experiencing lower back pain from rock climbing in 2017, Rose discovered Pilates in California, which not only helped her reduce the pain but also improved her overall body strength and mobility. Rose is an experienced educator with more than 18 years of teaching in the Province of British Columbia and the State of California. She understands the needs of diverse students and strives to encourage them to be their best. Combining her love for teaching with her passion for Pilates, Rose completed the Balanced Body instructor training at Meridian in Vancouver and enjoyed every moment of it.
