Lencola feels that Pilates compliments all forms of fitness. Movement is youth! As a Pilates instructor, she feels like a mindbody mechanic who teaches people how to take charge of their bodies, perform at higher levels, and create healthy movement habits so they can live life to the fullest. She has 12+ years of teaching experience and is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor with a focus in women’s health and nutrition. You can count on her to sharpen your focus, challenge you at the barre, and work your endurance in a sweaty Cardio Sculpt class. Club Pilates' vibrant energy and message of "Do Pilates, Do Life” falls right in line with why Lencola decided to learn Pilates. Her goal is to enjoy rock climbing, hiking, yoga, running and gymnastic strength training for her entire life.
