Michele, like many others, tried a variety of exercises before she discovered Pilates. Loving reformer classes, she decided to take the 450 Comprehensive Classical Pilates Training through Yoga Works in Walnut Creek. She realized a huge difference when she began focusing on her own health! By listening to her body and really concentrating on the principles of Pilates, her sciatica and herniated/bulging disc pain eased tremendously! Michele helps others through teaching Pilates in hopes that each individual achieves a deeper understanding and awareness of their own body. She loves teaching at Club Pilates in a beautiful studio with a very friendly and welcoming vibe where everyone can feel comfortable. Michele’s energetic and enthusiastic personality is contagious, making attending her classes something to look forward!
